Our skin is constantly exposed to pollutants in our modern environments and it is inevitable that these are absorbed beyond the top layer of the skin. Mud masks also stimulate blood circulation and heat the skin thereby promoting elimination. Elemental’s mineral mud masks are rich in naturally occurring, active minerals and come from South East Queensland. What really distinguishes the Elemental range from other organic and many natural skin care ranges is our aluminium and glass packaging. Essential oils leach chemicals out of plastics thereby corrupting the products they contain. Additionally, plasticizers, used to make plastics pliable, act like oestrogens in the environment and are being linked to hormone related cancers. Elemental have minimized the exposure of the products to plastics by using aluminium & glass containers, materials that have a proven non-reactivity. Please re-use and recycle the containers.

		Macadamia scrub - $29.95 100g Buff, polish and smooth with this yummy scrub! Mix scrub with water, or with Elemental’s Essential Splash-In*, to further enhance the treatment. Blend a tablespoon of the scrub to a thick smooth paste with a few splashes of Essential Splash-In* in the lid of the tin. Gently polish your skin in a circular motion and then rinse off. Follow with a toner and moisturiser to suit your skin type. Clean and dry the lid thoroughly and replace firmly on the tin. If you prefer a more creamy scrub then mix a tablespoon of the scrub with Elemental’s Green Tea Cleansing Milk – delicious! These Australian active mineral mud masks are created from clays that are the result of volcanic activity 200 million years ago. Volcanic clays are renowned for their effectiveness at drawing toxins out of the skin. Put a tablespoon of the mud in the lid of the tin and blend to a smooth paste with spring water or Elemental’s Essential Splash-In* for a complete toning and nourishing treatment. Apply evenly to the skin of the face and décolletage and allow to dry before rinsing off. Use weekly or as required.
