The only make-up range in Australia able to provide organic make-up by Ecocert.(European Organic Certification Authority) Couleur Caramel was founded and developed in France by David Reccole and Cedric Ferreol who previously worked at a leading cosmetic house in France. It is professional quality makeup, with high pigment content. The result is extremely bright and bold colours, promoting an excellent long-lasting wear, with a flawless finish. Couleur Caramel powders, blush and eye shadows were formulated with a unique micronisation approach resulting in a texture 9 times finer than traditional powders but with a richer tone. The products are not tested on animals and the packaging is made of recycled and recyclable materials.
