DELIVERY

Australia wide from Sydney. Between 2days to 1week (maximum) from purchase date,  by registered Australia Post (insured up to $100 – please ask for more insurance if required).

REFUND / WARRANTY

We cannot refund or exchange a trolley once an order has been dispatched. In the event that a trolley is received in a damaged condition it is up to the client to follow up the issue with insurance through Australia Post or the freight company. Natural Base signs all invoices at the time of dispatch after inspecting each trolley for Quality Control and as new condition. This is our process to guarantee each trolley is perfect before dispatch. In the event of damage during freight, insurance claims must be followed through with the freight provider. Natural Base purchases $100 of insurance for trolleys through Australia Post. This is the total value of the insurance cover – you can request more insurance. PLEASE ENSURE THAT IF YOU OPEN YOUR TROLLEY PACKAGE USING SCISSORS OR A STANLEY KNIFE THAT YOU DO SO WITH CARE AS RIPPED FABRICS OR SCRATCHING CAUSED BY A BLADE IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE.   Thank you.
